I love how if you buy a screen protector from the store they will continue to replace it as needed for free after first purchase.

When I get a new phone I put on a screen protector and I always come to BestBuy, they always do quality job and stand behind their work. I highly recommend!

Doesn't come with a lot instruction on its features. Have to google alot. Would be more convenient to have at least the basic instructions for some of the new features

I had this zagg shield installed in store by geek squad which I know they would have done a better job than me but it wasn't by any means satisfactory. When they handed my phone back to me they said they bubble that were on the screen would go away but they didn't and unfortunately when there was dust or dirt particles under the screen surface. I went back a week later and they said they would have replaced and installed another one but they were sold out of the specific zagg shield. I had to get a replacement through zagg which was $9.99 for shipping and went back to the store to find out it was out of the replacement time period. Had to pay for installation again.

haven't had to use it so far. Hopefully I don't have to use it. But I;m sure if I do that Best buy will back the product.

Unfortunately my experience was not great. I was not well informed before during and after the process and employees were rude. I have not gotten this service in a while so I could not remember how it work. I ask someone at the phone service desk who kindly directed me the Geek Squad. But once there the kid that help me at the start of the line was rude. I ask about the service and he tells me he can help but it will be 15-20 mins. So I though in that time so I start to walk away and he say rudely, “well I need your phone to put it on!” So then I was shocked but said, “ohh you can do it know okay,” and then he said again rudely well I need the shield to put it on!!” So I give him both my phone and shield and walk away. I come back after 20min. A different guy come out with my phone and hand it to me and I start to walk to the cash registers. But then I realize I don’t have the box to pay for the screen protector. So I turn around and say, “ohh I need the box to go pay”. And the guy says “wait, you had us put it on before you bought it!?” Ya no one told me anything so I no clue they just acted rudely. The other guys then check me out and I ask for the box to go register my case on Zagg and he won’t give me the box, saying you don’t need it. Who is he to tell me that I can’t keep my box of the shield I just purchased! I was very frustrated and disappointed in the rude interactions I experienced! I was in on the evening of 9/20 around 7:30pm

I cant Thank Best Buy enough for being able to out on my screen protector. I cant Do it I always Leave bubbles on it.

I am very picky when it comes to the placement of my screen protector! They did go through three screen protectors before I was satisfied and didn’t hesitate to do so!! You guys rock!!

If you can do it yourself, save yourself the money. If you’re like me and inapable Of putting these on without millions of bubbles, spend a few bucks letting the pros do it.

Sadly, I actually had to find out how good this product was literally 2 weeks after I bought my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I was very relieved that this service was/is awesome.

The service it self is okay... after a month the screen protector has been separating from the top edge of my phone... i have to go in and see if Best Buy will fix it.

The guy's right to good care of us will shopping in.

I love that it’s lifetime Guaranteed so if anything happens to it you just take it in and they replace it for free

The application of the Zagg screen protector was done well, but previous ones have been put on at no cost. Thought this was a service Best Buy provided. Guess not anymore.
