Screens get chips and cracks, you will want this to keep them fresh.

I normally install these myself but some of them can be a pain to get right and stay on. The BB tech did it quickly and it was way less crooked than anything I'd have done in a much faster time!

Has saved me money over time. In a family of 5, 3 are great at protecting their mobile devices and tablets and the other two... I honestly don't know how they drop them so many times. This service, along with the purchase of screen protectors and cases, have saved me money. The loss of star on Ease of Use is because sometimes there are lines forcing me to leave my loved one there and I end up seeing something else that I "really need," costing me more money...

I usually try to put the screen protector on myself but still end up with a bubble or two. The cost to have an expert do is worth not having the bubbles or headache.

This is my favorite thing Best Buy has done in a long time! Not having to deal with Zagg’s replacement process is a SCREEN SAVER! Pun intended! I have used this service many times. Lots of phones in the house. Screen protector breaks, go to Best Buy, have screen protector replaced! Easy as that! (Total Tech is great pairing - Saves the $X install fee)

Have used zagg for years never did the glass break only protection might crack but never glass on phone or I pad.lifetime warranty always replaced for free to it with zagg pay postage . Only paid to put on myself now easy to to do yourself

I purchased a Zagg screen protector for my new Samsung phone and opted to pay Best Buy to install it. After the screen protector sealed overnight, I noticed several bubbles under the protector and could see some dirt particles that were trapped underneath apparently missed during the pre-installation cleaning process. A few days later I stopped by Best Buy Customer Service and showed them the phone and sales receipt. A Geek Squad representative replaced the screen protector - this time with the screen thoroughly cleaned and with no hassle what so ever.

Always get this...even if you are careful with your phone. Accidents happen and you don't want to be left in a pinch when you have to fork over more money for a new phone again.

The professionals in the phone department at the Plymouth store are great at putting on phone screens.....wouldn’t go anywhere else to have it done and would not attemp to do it myself

Purchased a Zagg screen for an iPhone 6s and had Best Buy in store install it for me. They guarantee a perfect install and perfect it was. I will never try to do it myself again. So worth the charge.
