The sales associate did a perfect job. She did a better job that I could have done. There were no air bubbles left and it is hard to even notice that there is a screen protector on my phone.

The techs were super supportive about applying this glass screen protector. It really takes time and you have to make sure there are no bubbles. I would not have wanted to do it myself.

So, at one point in time I was pretty much an expert on putting screen protectors on. However, once all your electronics have a good screen protector on you don't really do it much anymore and so my skills were rusty. Since I was out of practice, and they charged $7.99 to apply it, I paid. The benefit of paying them is if they mess up, you only pay for one screen protector and they put another one and hope they do it right the second time and not have to get a third protector. Also, I have three cats and two dogs, so even using a steamy room to help settle dust can make it hard to get a screen protector on without some fur underneath!

I always trust Best Buy to install my Zagg Glass. When I spend nearly a grand on my phone I want it protected.. and the installation is always perfect AND their employees are the NICEST!!

Bought highly rated screen protectors from Amazon. The directions on the package were almost indecipherable, so between my inexperience and disability, I chose to have my protector installed by someone with experience. The tech had never worked with a paper-like screen protector before, so they said if they screwed it up, there'd be no charge. Fair enough. But everything went smoothly. Now that I've watched, may do it myself next time. Quality and ease of use are not relevant in this case.

I only ever buy unlocked phones out right from Best Buy so I don't get caught up in the never ending "upgrade" cycle that phone carriers trap people in. The added bonus is getting great service from Best Buy workers when I'm setting up my new phone. ^u^

Scratches easy leaving concaved unsmooth surface. Often leaves bubbles between the screen protector and cellular device. Plastic material does not cover the entire screen and leaves your phone suspectable to cracking on the edges. Additionally, the lack of full coverage leads to pocket lint on the edges. The warranty is 100 percent worth it because you will replace the "screen protector" often. The best buy employees are very understanding and professional in the matter and if the item is in stock the provide phenomenal service.

They did a good job with putting in the screen protectors. Took about 10-15 minutes. There is a fee but I personally think that there shouldn't be a fee if you are buying the product from them.

the Geek Squad did a great job applying the screen protector on my phone. I think the service is a bit pricey. They were literally finished in under two minutes. I've tried doing it myself (and failed) so I am forced to use their services.
