The customer service was excellent. They replaced my screen protector and it was installed perfectly. And it didn’t take much time.

This is literally probably my favorite service that is sold by Best buy.... I know it sounds silly, but for $8 you can just pay them to put the screen protector on your phone for you and honestly that is money well spent in my book. PLUS, if you buy a screen protector with a warranty, and it starts to peel off or is defective, you can just go back to Best buy and they will replace it for you. I have utilized this service on the last four or five phones that I have had, and it just makes everything so much easier. My only gripe is that some employees straight up hate putting these screens on for people, and if you get someone like that they may install your screen protector poorly.

The people who installed my screen protector treated it as if they were placing it on their phones. I thought this was a great quality and I will continue using their services.
