I am really glad they do onsite installation of the screen protectors. It's nice to be able to leave the store with a sense of security when it comes to accidental falls.

As someone who has screwed up enough plastic screen protectors, I wasn't going to risk damaging a $45 glass one... it was worth it, install went smooth and took 3 minutes.

I purchased my screen protector and after dropping my phone a scratching the protector I went to Best buy to purchase another one. When i went to the counter to pay the asked if I wanted it installed and there was no charge. Of course said yes. I have had two of them replaced at no charge. Awesome service.

We received excellent service in installing our screen protector when we purchased new iPhones. The floor manager that day was excellent. I was concerned that the Best Buy employee would be careless in their installation. I could never quite get a protector installed correctly so my phone always looked a bit awkward. Give them a chance to please you.

Best Buy employees are so helpful when putting screens shields on phones. Pay the fee it is worth it, why possibly ruin yours when you could have the professionals handle it!

The BB Team Member was excellent!!! He knew exactly where the product was located in the store. I asked him BB would install it and he replied that they would. So I paid for the installation service and was very happy with the process and attention to detail. I wish I knew the young mans name, so that I could give him credit. I was super impressed with how efficient he was. I was not in the store for even five minutes. Thank you Best Buy El Paso East!

I'm glad I had the screen saver installed I doubt I could've lined it up straight. Plus, it now has a warranty if it needs to be replaced.
