I always have trouble putting my screen protector because the bubbles then start coming but with their help it turned out very good.

Excellent service online, phone and in-store. I am howevery VERY dissappointed they changed their policy and are no longer offering in-home services as an included benefit. This may be enough for me to cancel my membership and find another alternative to my computer needs.

No bubbles or bumps-perfect installation. This makes my touchscreen so much more responsive and easier to clean than my otterbox defender. I hope it will protect as well.

I had my I-phone protector screen replaced by a Best Buty technician. He did an outstanding job in getting the screen on straight with no bubbles beneath the screen. Great service.

So it does protect your screen, but does not fit the full length of the screen which is a problem in my opinion. It can leave some bubbles under the edge which does stand out even when put in a case. The smudges are something I didn't expect and it's not minor, it's extremely noticeable and you'll have to clean it often. For the price you're paying I'd have expected better from Zagg and this for the price is not worth it, save your money and look elsewhere for a better protector, this ones a bust.
