Incredible build quality, but unfortunately, the connectivity is an issue for both Bluetooth and wired.

Bought this controller around 2 weeks ago and im already loving it. I love the customization options you get with this controller that you wont get with other ones. I bought this controller when it was on sale at $139.99 but i would buy it at full price! I mainly just playing COD with it and it has helped me in game with the back paddle and side buttons. Definitely recommend this to people who play shooter games

This has been one of the best controllers out there especially for shooter games . The mouse click triggers and buttons feel amazing . The 6 customizable buttons help alot from removing your thumbs from thr thumb sticks.

Best controller I ever brought, everything just works amazing

After owning and exchanging 8+ Microsoft Elite Controllers, I decided to give this one a try and have not been disappointed. This controller is very well built and has customizable buttons to facilitate whatever you want, you can mute discord from your controller and a multitude of other things.

This is the most innovative and intuitive controller for PC gaming. I set it up for travel purposes in the military and it feels sturdy, responsive, and has remappable sidebuttons as well as function keys along the bottom that make it super easy to use overlays in games or just run your music.

Best controller I could’ve got. I would say though when u get it make sure you turn it off it doesn’t always turn off by itself

A bit overpriced but works great otherwise. Only issue is sometimes it’ll crash iCue when the controller turns on

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Had been a long time since I owned a scuff. I bought this thinking since it wasn’t a modified console controller and now owned by Corsair it would be better. I was way wrong! First issue is connectivity in games. I play mainly CODs and they constantly said no controller detected. I tried everything from reinstalling the software, firmware and driver updates, modifying device manager, settings in steam and windows OS but nothing worked. Second the ique software is really buggy. Wouldn’t save profiles and had messages telling me to do so every time I opened the program. Remapping the buttons wouldn’t stay. Software crashing etc. Third was right stick drift after only 3 weeks of use for about 3-4hrs a day. I had dead zones set to 5 in ique (once I got it somewhat working) but it would still drift to the left. I am not rough on my controllers at all. Never had drift on my Xbox or PS controllers after years of play. Scuff is notorious for drift issues which is why their warranty never covered it. Save yourself the headache and go a different route.

After 6 months of use, i can arguably say this is the best controller i've owned. Its comfortable, the sofrware is intuitive, although i deducted a star as it took me a while of messing around with it to get it to stay connected. And the battery lasts for a long time, although i use this primarily plugged in so that is a non issue. The included cable is plenty long for comfortable use. If you are considering taking the hefty 200$ plunge I hughly recommend this product!

Love this controller. After my Xbox controller started acting up I started my research and found this. It’s worth the price for the amount of customization

The response time from the trigger buttons and thumbstick is SO great. I'm really struggling with ICUE software working/assigning buttons. The side bumpers buttons are just in a spot where you end up bumping them constantly and just have to turn them off. But the biggest bummer is the double square button near the dpad sticking in less than a week. I'm going to do a return/exchange. It also sucks the white isn't in store so I have to wait.

Really solid controller! I’m getting old and I want to do some more couch gaming but don’t want lose that instant response time of a keyboard. Every single import feels like I’m gaming on keyboard!

Scuf Controllers maybe pricey. But you do get the value out of them versus other controlers. I have yet to experience any drift on the sticks, and that is a major plus for me as most standard cheaper controlers tend to drift after about 6 months or less in use.

Not sure what everyone complains about this controller is awesome have had 0 issues and works perfectly fine. I replaced an xbox elite 2 controller as they tend to only last a year

This is single handled the best product I have ever purchased, and easily the best controller on the market. I am so glad that best buy carries it because I probably wouldn't have bought it other wise!

So far I love this controller! I had a friend telling me not to buy Scuf, “your sticks are gonna drift” blah blah blah, but isn’t that the point?? Being able to change the components when they get weak from a ton of use?? Love the controller! Cant wait to get a new faceplate and change up the color!

I own 3 other scuf controllers and have loved them. In terms of feel, this is my favorite controller. Love the sax buttons, sticks are very responsive even in wireless mode. Problem is icue. Hard to navigate, creating profiles is a chore, and if you have more than one corsair device linked ,i.e. mouse, the software is confused with what profile it’s using. I close icue entirely and map my buttons the old school scuf way. Other than that, this is my go to controller.
