Nothing wrong with the product. Depending on your hand size and what not the back buttons might not work. That is the case for me, a friend tried it and never had issues.

Love the controller so far it does not feel too far off from the normal Xbox controller, but I’m hoping it lasts longer than the normal ones!

Absolutely stunning controller it feels great to use the ergonomics are phenomenal it fits your hand so nicely and everything feels as good as you'd expect for the price the ease of switching button mappings is huge too

Great controller performance. Stick drift started to build on the right stick and essentially makes the game unplayable with this controller.

Its by far the best controller to buy. Its smoth right out of the box and you can change any button configuration you would like.

Honestly better than my elite series 2! You can fully take the front panel off via magnates the grip it has built on doesnt slowly come off like on the elites and everall its got a pretty sweet response time i use it wired on my pc when i dont wanna play M/K and its amazing

Smooth controller with great movement and great feel for control in games that require aiming and transferring with jumping and sliding past objects. The extra buttons are easy to set to your own comfort level.

This cintroller is my all time favorite controller. The back buttons are clean. The mouse click triggers. The inly complaint is its super exoensive. I just bought another and it cost me around 385 dollars woth the 2 year warranty.

I was in-between thos controller and the Elite Series 2. I’ve tried both and decided to stick with the scuf controller. All 4 paddles are much more comftorable to hit in game and they dont feel like they are cramming my fingers. The feel of the soft touch shell snd grops are fantastic.

Visually satisfying and performs well! Use this as my main controller!

4 stars because it can be improved. Still the best pro xbox controller I've used. The mouse click triggers and 4 paddles are all you could need. the joysticks feel good too. It took some time to get used to the paddles, but every press feels intentional. The only other pro controller with more relevant features are the Razer controllers with the clicky facebuttons and 2 extra buttons on the top. This would be perfect if it had at least 2 extra buttons on the top.

Awesome controller, better than the microsoft elite 2. Battery is removable, and can be played wired. Back buttons are simply superior to the xbox one, no question. It just feels really nice in your hands, you dont have to worry about accidently hitting a back button. Ofcourse i cant say much about reliability as its only been a short time, but so far so good.

I purchased this from the recent best buy drop and i was severely underwhelmed. The DPad is extremely loud and loose. The build quality feels like a cheap aftermarket hollow plastic controller with good rubber rear grips. As a designer myself the faceplate did not meet the expectations of the product images. In person it resembled a low quality screen print. The customizable analogs were great to include however i had an unreasonable deadzone that was not accounted for with the longer stick. This made aiming less precise and more push and pull. I hate to rag on a product but its just not up to par for the price in my opinion. The mouse triggers were cool and seemed to work well. It makes the trigger throw significantly shorter. So short that its shorter than my actual mouse. There is a fair bit of resistance to prevent acdidental pulls, however. I didn't believe the other reviews were reasonable but I do now understand the complaints. At the end of the day it is your average controller. The controller comes in a fairly standard no frills box with PE wrapped under the rubber which truly gives you that pulling the controller out of a trash bag unboxing experience. The USB C cable was a fairly long maybe 10' braided cable. Lastly i wish the rear buttons were modifiable rather than emulating face buttons. Additional buttons makes more sense than duplicate buttons.
