The controller feels amazing, i love the grip and the back buttons feel really nice to. It comes with the option to turn on instant triggers which i really like. The only downside is the price its alot for a controller but i think its worth it because its better then all the other pro controller brands

SCUF/Corsair does NOT appreciate your business, and will NOT work with you regarding warranty claims. Please, just read my book below. I hope that other's may see this review and make the decision that I wish I had. This controller was used for 1 month, through regular use and was not dropped 1 time. Granted I have been known to play games like a spaz and squeeze harder than most, but for a $230 this was so far below my expectations it's hard for me to comprehend. I want to preface by saying I have been through a few elite and elite core controller's due to bumpers/controllers wearing out over a few months, so I was recommended this controller as a more durable replacement. Granted, I do feel like Microsoft has been accommodating when it comes to warranties. I have always gotten 1 controller free of charge when submitting warranty claims. I'm ok with that considering the price point I guess, but now I really am. I only use the back right paddle (rocket league) and within a month it snapped from where it was locked in place. That is the only thing wrong currently, just a physical back button. I sent it in for warranty, they didn't get back to me until a week after the day it was delivered, and then sent me a $100 invoice to fix this. There is no working number I've found, their website regading warranty is horrible and hard to follow, and customer service has spent no time even attempting to work with me other than sending me a bill for for half the price of the overpriced controller to fix it. I wish I had trusted reddit when I saw people talk about the problems with durability and their customer service AFTER issues arise. I will not purchase another corsair or scuf product, which I wish actually meant something.

Overall great good grip love the trigger Lock as well mouse clicks ! Only downfall is it’s really expensive compared to other options on the market.

Great controller! The click triggers being able to be changed by a swith are fantastic. The paddles having 3 setting for different games is dope! The setup for paddles are super easy to use. Overall quality controller.

Controller is great! I have had several high quality higher priced controllers including the new turtle beach controller and this is the best hands down!

Great Controller for Macro button Mapping. Textured grip is a plus, Travel distance on button input is better than normal oem controllers. Only Con - Packaging is cheap, all additional parts are in a small bag.

Best controller I’ve purchased it surpasses the elite controllers in my opinion. Small integrated paddles/buttons to me is a huge improvement to elites.

My A Button started sticking and wouldn’t respond normally after a month of having it along with developing stick drift in the right stick

Got used to using the controller for gaming even though i recently switched to pc. I decided to ride with this since the response time with the rapid fire triggers was similar to mouse and absolutely killing it!! Easy to switch out faceplate and thumb sticks and the grip is awesome!

Works well. Have had for about a month and seems to be holding up well when taken care of.

I ended up bringing this controller back because I was used to the elite series 2 controller. I wanted less pull on L2/R2 but when I reduced the triggers it changed them to instant click instead of a little pull. I needed more feedback so I took the controller back to get a less expensive Elite Series 2 controller instead.

Great Controller...highly recommend. If you're looking for a new one, this is it.

I thought for years that I didnt have very good thumb control until I bought this controller. I enjoy most FPS, but have always struggled with PUBG. This controller helped me improve my game from a regular gold player to a platinum player. The interchangeable faceplates are very cool, very wide selection from the mfg site. Some of my favorite faceplates are attached.
