Probably used the controller for about 3 weeks to a month before the right thumbstick started having issues. Tried all the troubleshooting I could find online. Not the quality that should come with a $200 controller. Extremely frustraited with this purchase. Controller was nice when working but is now unusable.

When I first purchased this controller it had a rough and noisy vibration, but I figured it just needed a break in period. 3 months later the vibration rotor started to go out. I requested a warranty repair/exchange @ 845 PM PST on a Sunday and I instantly got a reply back saying the product isn't under warranty.

The buttons on the back are nice. The adjustable trigger pull gets way shorter than the Elite. I do wish that had more than 2 settings on it though. A mid length pull would be nice.
