For example i can map the tv volume up and down to my elite controller, those controller is limited to mapping the buttons associated with the controller and nothing else

I developed a left analog stick drift (happens) within a year of having it. I reached out to service, opened a ticket, got an auto reply. A few days later get another auto reply 'We are currently experiencing a high level of tickets'. That is not a good sign overall, but more importantly it will need an RMA for repair so why not send me the info so I can send it in and get it into the queue? For this kind of money for a controller I expect solid service. This experience is enough to have me looking again for alternatives.

Buttons, bumpers and triggers were nice and receptive. Stick sensitivity was good, a little loose for my liking. But I will say it wasn't much different from the elite 2 or honestly a stock controller at that. Button placement on the back is decent. I prefer being able to remove back paddles or buttons. These are stuck in place, so you just have to get used to the controller grip. Overall good, but honestly not worth the price. Wouldn't pay more than $150
