Love this controller and its fantastic that the color combo i wanted was available at BestBuy!

It has been such a great purchase not gonna lie took a bit to get used to but has been worth it

Stick drift in less than a year but warranty only lasts 6 months. I’m 30 and maybe put 80hrs of gaming into it. Shouldn’t have gotten stick drift with so little time.

Just purchased the scuf controller and when I received it the controller was dirty and previously used. As well as missing the back cover for the battery pack. Paying this much for a controller I would probably be better buying it from the manufacturer itself than through Best Buy and then I can guarantee a new controller

Best reacting controller I’ve ever used. The small buttons may be a lil complicated but you’ll get used to it.

Great controller that actually feels good in the hand and mouse click triggers are mint!

Ordered this for my son and the fact it comes with different joysticks and hes able to replace them himself if amazing.

solid all around wish they had a PS5/4 one so i could overclock on pc but otherwise nice. cant overclock xbox scuf on pc is only downside

I heard good things about SCUF controllers, so I decided to purchase one from Best Buy. I completely regret purchasing a SCUF controller. The controller started having issues after a couple months of light usage. I contacted SCUF technical support and all they offer is refurbished controllers. Also, you have to pay for the return shipping. I'm a first time and now last time buyer of any SCUF products. What a completey trash can of a company. I'm just going to use it until it completely stops working. At this rate I'll be surprised if it will last a year. Then I'll purchase an Xbox controller at least they last a couple years and are way cheaper than SCUF. If you do buy one of these garbage controllers. I highly recommend buying a Best Buy warranty.

My son absolutely loves it. Only gift he wanted for Christmas. Works very well and scuff proof.

The controller is average, don’t like the weight of it, didn’t know you could take the rumble from the controller which I would have done but wasn’t a option through Best Buy but is one through scuff if you get one custom

Love scuf controllers, did not know they had them here. If you like competitive gaming, highly recommend this.

Product feels good, easy to map buttons, but for the most controllers for xbox there should be a case that comes with it. Also the thumbsticks that come extra dont come in pairs for personal preferences. Also not rechargeable.

Not worth the money whatsoever. I’ve had my Scuf for less than a full month and the overall durability of the controller is poor. I have multiple buttons that stick, the d-pad falls off, and the ability to reconfigure your controller doesn’t work that well. I’m very disappointed with the overall quality of this controller, for the lack of use it’s had.

Does not even come with a charger pack. And also doesn’t charge them in the controller.

Bought for husband, he said he likes the grips it’s more of a first shooter controller. No battery pack available fyi. Overall he likes it !
