As well as missing the back cover for the battery pack. Paying this much for a controller I would probably be better buying it from the manufacturer itself than through Best Buy and then I can guarantee a new controller

I completely regret purchasing a SCUF controller. The controller started having issues after a couple months of light usage. I contacted SCUF technical support and all they offer is refurbished controllers. Also, you have to pay for the return shipping. I'm a first time and now last time buyer of any SCUF products. What a completey trash can of a company. I'm just going to use it until it completely stops working. At this rate I'll be surprised if it will last a year. Then I'll purchase an Xbox controller at least they last a couple years and are way cheaper than SCUF. If you do buy one of these garbage controllers. I highly recommend buying a Best Buy warranty.

You're better off just getting a XBOX Elite controller, much better value. I returned the Scuf.

I must have gotten some defective ones
