This controller has never been dropped or mishandled. Buyers beware! Get the protection plan. You'll need it or better yet, look for a different product.

Went through setup and updates and played and had a ridiculous delay for inputs and previously I was using the standard Xbox controller. Ended up swapping to an elite controller and have had no such issues.
