Poor customer service and horrible wait time even though was told it was in store

This Seagate Storage Expansion Card destroyed my sons Xbox. After insertion, the Xbox immediately overheated and no longer works.

Over priced, over priced since i needed the extra GB on my X

Extremely awful price and not much storage. I only bought it as a necessity.

I can't wait until this license runs out so third parties can make SSD for the series x

Not recognized in my series s. Upon first installing, got a pop up that connecgion is too weak, now the console will not recognize it at all. Complete waste of money. Hope this is refundable.

Have yet to be able to use it since it is collecting dust I bought it as a bundle for the series s but received confirmation that the s was cancelled after the drive was confirmed and I didn’t get an option to cancel. Worst purchase ever from Best Buy

It works fine, just wish seagate didn’t have a monopoly over series x/s expansion storage. An external USB SSD is half the price, but you can’t run series x/s games from it.

Not at all what we thought it was - cannot play games from this drove it is strictly to store them which defeats the purpose!

Returned. Spent a couple of hours trouble shooting and did not work as advertised.

I had to return two in a row because neither worked. I’ll try Western Digital.

Website said yall had a different one and i had to pay for this one. Not going to this one again.

It is advertised it will work for XBOX One S. This will NOT work for XBOX One S. I had to return this Christmas present after they opened and tried. Save yourself a headache.

For the price should have received at least 2TB ! 1TB will be used up in no time. I have 4 games on this drive. COD, Like A Dragon, DIRT, & Gears 5 and I am at 40% and that is prior to upgraded Madden!

Best Buy never has it lol even when they say they do, just price match it at target that’s what I did.

It was not compatible to xbox s series so it was a waste. Was ablt to exchange and that product was $200.

Doesn’t work tried taking back to Best Buy and they wouldn’t help with the issue

Excellent storage card to hold my games. I have an Xbox Series S, but its limited on storage space, so I can only hold a few games for my style of play. This card allows me to move games to and from without needing to worry about hooking up an external hard drive. I'm not a fan of needing to delete a game I still play here and there, just to add another I may pay more of now. I want the convenience of switching back and forth instantly. This card allows me to do that without worry. Thanks Seagate for making a great quality expansion card.

Even with the price drop it's still pricey. However, I cannot deny how awesome this is. My Xbox Series S performance increased the minute I plugged this bad boy in. Definitely worth the purchase. But now that Microsoft is coming out with the 1 TB Series S, maybe wait to see if the price drops again......
