Super simple to install. Plug and play. You will need the extra space sooner or later. This item is flawless to install. A little pricey.

Great expansion card, specially built for the new xbox series consoles. Works as expected, loads up your games fast and you can also share this card with multiple xbox series consoles. The downside is the price, way to expensive. Price should be more reasonable.

Works effortlessly with the new Xbox series consoles as advertised. Plug it in and it is ready to go. Store and play Xbox series games, series enhanced games, or back compatible games directly from this expansion card. The down side is that it is expensive. You pay about the same for this 1TB of proprietary memory as you would for a fast 2TB external SSD, but you cannot play Xbox series or series enhanced games from an external SSD. If you have the money to spend, it makes things very simple.

Kids needed more storage for the Xbox, since it's the diskless drive console. simple as plug in set up and move files. no extra downloading required... now they can play all the CoD with updates all they want without deleting other games.

Works flawlessly on my Series X. Super fast and more than doubles my storage for my Series X games.
It's expensive, but that's just the reality of this kind of tech. Other similarly specced NVME drives cost similarly on the PC side of things.

Xbox made SSD's so small and convenient is really incredible. I bought both a Xbox & a PS5, but the PS5 has to be opened to put the additional memory in, and it isn't even working at launch (they'll update it with firmware later). With Xbox, you just plug your card, your Xbox recognizes it and it just works. Easy to use and smart design. That said, the only negative is price, it is quite expensive. Hopefully more models from different hardware makers will be available soon at better prices.

Awesome drive and easy to use just plug n play and easily swappable. The price could be better but nothing beats the ease of use and super fast transfer speeds also being able to run X|S games. I would recommend if you have the games to fill it up and if you have some extra cash as for some people the price is pretty high. The drive has nice weight to it and feels to be made of quality materials I also love the small size pictures make it look bigger than it is.

Let me start by saying that this little nvm is for series X is very expensive! But let me also say that its worth the cost, i needed more memory so i could keep more games installed on my series x ( the Gears of war trilogy) this memory card is lightning fast!!! I transferred all gears series from the console to this card in under 4 mins thats close to 400gb of Data!!! Im impressed.

I didn't want to buy this but I don't regret doing so. I'm a heavy gamer and if you are an XBOX gamer you know two to five titles can fill up the standard X Series fast. I got tired of offloading and downloading different titles just to play them. I already had an external that I had purchased thinking it was for internal use, yeah terribly wrong I know, and that meant copying from the external to the internal when I was ready to play a game with larger data files. So I bite the bullet and added this and now I can save whatever I want and when I done I can keep it there if I want.

Bought a Xbox Series S which is strictly digital and only had 512 GB, but only 364 is available for game and data storage. After doing research on other options I found out that the load times would be affected along with some gameplay between cut scenes. This was the best option to avoid those issues/problems. Even though it’s pricey just for 1TB it is worth the purchase. It would’ve been nice if Xbox/Microsoft had a 2TB or higher option for this price.

Super easy to use, plugged it in and immediately I had an extra terabyte of storage. I don't notice any slowdown compared to the internal storage. Not much else to say, it does exactly what it is supposed to. Definitely is a little pricey.

Great addition to my Xbox series X. Now I can download more of my games. FYI - the new Xbox will give your games an awesome boost when you download to the system, or the expansion card. It won't if you use another external hard drive. This expansion card provides the requirements needed to be added to the beast of a console. I play Assassin's Creed Black Flag, it looks amazing and is crazy fast. Only down fall is that it is expensive.

Works just like the internal SSD and plug and play. I think the complaints about the price are a bit overblown - NVME drives with these speeds don't come cheap, and Sony still hasn't released a list of retail drives confirmed to be fully compatible with their slot. When they do, expect them to be the most expensive of the lot. I think a small premium for a compact, well designed, guaranteed 100% compability drive is to be expected.

Pricey, but worth every penny! I currently sit at over 15TB on my xbox series x and it is 90% full. I game a lot and own more games than there is time in life to play them, but with this external SSD I'm able to keep my crucial competitive games installed in a fast SSD that allows me to switch from single player games in a heartbeat to my multiplayer ones without the need to transfer or re-download them.
The install is super easy literally plug and play. The 2 TB just came out this year 2022 so I will be getting this one to switch places into my Xbox Series S to get that console some breathing room to 1.5Tb and get my Xbox Series X up to 16TB with a total of 3 TB of fast SSD.
If you have an Xbox Series S I say get this or at least the 512 GB version for cheaper, but with any Xbox that is next gen you must own this before you own an HDD in my opinion.
It is not overpriced since an SSD of this grade and quality would end up costing about the same anyway so Microsoft isn't ripping you off they did a great fair job with this SSD. The question will be in 3-5 years when this should be a bit cheaper and we will see if they lower the initial price on it or not.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my roommate. She really enjoys this option for more space on her Xbox. It's plug n' play so no software updates needed, you can just plug it in and start installing or moving your games as needed. Additionally, due to its design, you don't have to fret about pesky cords being in the way from an external SSD.
