Super easy to use it was just plug and play and now I save my games to the new hard drive. It’s super easy and very convenient.

I have the Xbox Series S and purchased this 1 TB SSD. It is a must have and especially if you have the Series S. The storage space on the Series S is truly a joke if you think about only having a digital system and having to download everything. I like the design and it is specifically designed for the Xbox. The plus is the small design and 1 TB storage space. The cons are the only 1 TB storage space option and the price. Because of the proprietary design of this unit the price is going to be high. Hopefully, Seagate and Microsoft will not continue to gouge the consumer on this in the future when units become more available. And hopefully, their will be other competitor storage units in the future and larger units.

Got this for my Xbox Series X today, plugged it in, and was ready to go. Transferred an 80 GB game super fast from my internal hard drive to this one. Before buying I couldn’t justify the price as it’s almost half the price of a new console. Now that I’ve used it I can say at least for me it’s a must have if you have the Series X. It’s icing on top of the cake and makes perfect sense to have if you have a lot of games and have Game Pass like me.

Wish they could get the price down, but otherwise a good product that works as advertised, essentially expanding your Series X/S hard drive, as all X/S games are playable off of it.

Just plug and use it’s that simple. The memory card can hold up to 1TB of memory freeing up the internal memory. It’s easy to transfer games from the console to the memory card and it is also fast. Within seconds you can start playing your games straight from the memory card with no lag. This was a gift and it is a must have if you plan to play many games on your console. I just wish the price was a bit lower but it does the job.

This the perfect storage solution for the Xbox series X. Plug it into the back of your console and you instantly have extra solid state storage, which you need to run games because of it's faster loading time. It isn't cheap but it's the best solution.

This is a must have for your xbix series x if you want more than a couple to a few games installed at once. The price is a little high, but worth it for having more games installed. It was easy to install.

There's not a whole lot to say about this other than it's an absolute must have if you play a lot of games on your Series X|S. I got tired of having to decide which games to keep installed / uninstall when new games came out because the internal SSD in my Series X kept filling up so fast. It's literally plug and play. Is it overpriced? Yeah, I think it is. I was hoping there would be more competition or other options out there for the Series X|S by now, but there isn't, so it is what it is.

Only 4 stars because of the cost. Otherwise a perfectly functioning drive. It’s incredibly simple. Open package, insert into back of Xbox series X
That’s it, done. No configurations or settings. Turn on your console, it auto recognizes it and adjusts your storage percentage. Of note, you get 930Gb usable space on your 1Tb purchase. A terabyte is actually 1024Gb, so I’m not sure where/why the other 94Gb is lost, but that’s 10% less storage than advertised. And at 229$, which is almost half the console price, a bit high in my opinion. However, it works seamlessly and simply, so I’d still recommend this upgrade as it will make your experience better once your system storage fills up, which doesn’t take long at all.

A must have for the next generation XBOX family of consoles! This product is super simple to use and the system picks it up immediately providing you the additional storage that you crave. I'm surprised about how simple this was to use and how the XBOX Series X|S just automatically incorporates it into the pool and handles all of the configuration for you.
In a year or so this should be even better with even larger sizes available!

This was super easy. While my Xbox Series X was turned on, simply plugged it in. It took a few seconds to register and added it to the storage pool, so I now have 1.5TB of space available. Super easy and highly recommended. You WILL need this if you are playing the latest games (CoD takes 250-280GB currently).
The current price of $220 is actually a reasonable rate, as most 1TB SSD's are still near that price. Worth it for sure.

Simple as the title, plug into slot and just like that, simulates the internal SSD speeds, no drawbacks besides pricing of course, price to pay for Proprietary electronics

This is definitely worth the buy and it is definitely faster than my PC's nvme Drive which runs at 3500mbs I'm not sure what the series X expansion drive or internal drive run at but it definitely moves faster.
Compared to what these things used to cost when they first came out and the speed you're getting the price isn't that bad keep in mind stuff like this used to run about $5,000 when they first came on the market.

Having a XSX you run out of space fairly quick. Instead of deleting games I took the plunge and bought the expansion card. My main reason for waiting was price but the lowest I saw it was $199 and I am mot disappointed. Plugged it in and it worked instantly. You actually get 905 gb of space..

The product works as advertised. I have a Series X and S. The storage for certian games fills up fast and will only get worse during this generation of games. The price just recently dropped as well which is an added bonus. It was much easier than opening the PS5 to add a ssd.
