my xbox series s 500gb storage was getting maxed out since MS forces the optimized games on the internal now. i was forced to buy this but it was a necessary purchase that i dont regret. its insanely fast like the onboard NVME

The internal starage is a must have if you play a lot of games and dont wanna move them around from external to internal. Iv loved this product so far

What else is there to say but I’ll add to all the other positive reviews. Super simple to use literally take out of box and remove protective cover then insert into memory slot and your done.

I got this to see if it would free up/make more available my most played games and give faster load times. For the most part, I believe it has. I have had some internet provider issues lately so I think the intermittent slow loads are most likely from my ISP. Bottom line is - it is pretty pricey but I think it helped.

This was literally a game changer. Today’s games are so large that the expansion card allows me to keep more of favorite X/S games installed and ready to play.

A must have! Especially if you have game pass. AAA games these days will eat up hard drive space quickly. Also, this drive, i belive, is the only that dosen't require you to load the games to your system drive before playing. Really seamless.

5 stars cause it does what it’s supposed to do. You definitely need this if you have a Series S the built in storage alone isn’t enough for the optimized X|S games. But you do need this if you want to play Optimized X|S games.

Amazing item for Xbox power users. If you have a lot of games to install or subscribe to GamePass, this expansion card is a must so you can take advantage of SSD load speeds. Only negative I can think of is that I wish there was a 2TB option.
