Works pretty seamlessly, but you cannot remote download or manage your storage from the Xbox app for this drive. That’s a ridiculous caveat for such an expensive storage device. And every now and then, your Xbox might ask you to remove and reinsert the drive for now reason.

Games run off of either internal or this. Might buy another few to separate genres of games. Brings me back to the days of memory cards. Good buy.
