The store associate explained that if you have a serious gamer, the memory on the console will be used up really fast. I highly recommend that you spend the extra $219.99 when you purchase the console

Don't have to do any configuration for it to be operational, other than to set new installs to install on external storage expansion card if internal storage is already full. Wish the capacity was more than 1 TB.

Must Have for Gamers!!!

I am almost half way full with my 1TB of internal storage on my Series X with just a few games. Call Black OPs Cold War had an update everyday until launch and they were not small.

You have to insert this with a very firm push until it clicks into place. If you have installed it correctly you will have no problems. If it doesn't recognize it properly you have not pushed it in far enough.
