Amazing storage device for the new line of Xbox consoles. Keep on mind that this price is comparible to PCIE Gen 4 PC SSDs. What you are getting with PCIE Gen 4 is a super fast data transfer storage device. This allows the Xbox to do handle quick resume and reduce in game load times drastically. The slight price increase (compared to PC standard components) is due to the proprietary design Microsoft chose for this. The benefit of this design is an extreme ease of installation and portability for the drive itself. Be aware that it may take one or two console restarts (wait at least 30 seconds to a minute) for the drive to be detected for the first time.

Worked better than expected! Clear gameplay even off the drive. Once it formatted didn’t lose much storage at all. All in all would highly recommend!

Purchased recently to add storage to Xbox. Previously purchased external storage that worked via the usb port however the games cannot be played directly from that device and it requires a 10-15 min wait time to transfer the files back over to the Xbox to play them. With this option you can download the files directly to the device and play them from there. No more waiting. One thing I will say is that it is a little bit pricey for the storage. The previous purchase was less expensive and had 4x the storage. I guess that’s the difference you have to pay for convenience. Overall I am happy with the product, I just wish that they offered a larger storage option for a more reasonable price.

I definitely would buy another! Simple to use and haven't had any issues. I really do like how sleek this little drive is, it's very discreet unlike other storage drives that are wired and bulky. Over all god product!

Works seamlessly. Love having the convenience to download almost as many games as I want. Just plug it in the back and all you may need to do is transfer games from your internal hard drive to the card

Great quality product, comes nicely packaged, and has same amount of impressive speed as internal drive. Only downside for now, is the outrageous price of this product, for only 1tb. But I understand it’s new, and custom made for Xbox. Surely it will go on sale or come down in price overtime. But that’s just personal preference. Product itself works flawlessly and fast!

I was on the fence about getting this for my Xbox series X but now that I have it, I can say it was money well spent. As games are becoming larger than ever I found myself constantly deleting and redownloading games. As many have said before the price is a little high but seeing that this is the only option out there at this time I'd say its money well spent.

Works as should and runs my games from it perfectly. Had to go with this since external don’t work but this work nicely. It is a little on the expensive side but it is what it is

If you have the Xbox series s that only came with anything under 1 tb you need this immediately I have so many games now after getting this and can store clips as well

This expansion drive is awesome! Super tiny and only sticks out a small amount when inserted into the back of the Xbox. I have not had any issues with this product and it did not require any set up, just insert and you are good! I do recommend taking it out if packing the Xbox back up for travel, it comes with a plastic cover for the connections so be sure to keep that!

Very fast response on Xbox Series X for games. Basically a 2nd internal drive, easy to install. Price is much more expensive than it should be, however it works as advertised.

This is a must have if you own the Xbox Series S. I got tired of having to either move games to the game drive and then back to the system to play it. I was lucky enough to land a series x a few weeks after I made this purchase and it's easy to just pop it out of one and into the other when I feel like playing in a different room.

I bought the 1TB at launch and have been happy with performance. Combining this with Gamepass and both SSD's stay close to full. Buy the largest you can afford and balance what games you store. Each game is approx 30gb or more (Call of Duty is upwards of 100). The plus side is these units are plug and play if you want more than one.
