It's fast just like the internal SSD. If you have an Xbox you need this just for more storage

I originally purchased an external hardrive which has been great for storage, but the games are unplayable using it. This allows me to both access extra storage AND play the games that need it. I have the series S so this was essential for my gaming experience.
