Other than that it's as simple as PnP (plug and play), as the Xbox immediately recognizes it. Same tech as the internal drive, so it works flawlessly. My only gripe is its price, it's gratuitous if you ask me, a little much.

I did learn however to not download steam games onto an external as it takes WAY longer to download and update games on external vs internal
