As soon as this is connected, your games load up instantly. Very small and discrete but very fast.

Much needed for how big games are nowadays, seem-less connectivity.

Love the simplicity of this storage device. Was wondering how I would need to configure this to my Xbox Series S, but after inserting it into the slot, it just worked! No configuring or anything. Currently downloading a bunch of games from Gamepass as we speak haha. Great buy!

This is an absolute must if you plan on storing more then a few next gen games. Pricey but worth it!

Works on my XBOX series S no problem. This should’ve come preinstalled though. That or MS should’ve provided a bigger HD. This was over priced. I’m just glad I found it on sale.

When the Xbox Series S & X first launched I felt that Microsoft and Seagate were trying to take advantage of us again. After having using these drives on my daughter's Series S and my Series X, I absoluty love them. This drive is the same as the internal drive on the Series S|X, so it has the same quick resume features. Im saving up to buy the 2TB model of this soon.

Best storage for Xbox. Stay away from other external hard drives for this gaming system. Still a little pricey.

I've waited years for this to drop in price!!! This is a really great item and is an essential add-on for the next gen system. I have an 8TB HDD that is great for all my XBox One X games and older but download speeds are incredibly slow. Now I'm able to load up my more graphic intensive games faster as they are (not having to transfer data back and forth from HDD to console). I just wish I got larger storage for the same price.

As a serious gamer I would definitely recommend to get this memory card for the new Xbox series X/S, especially if u are tired of deleting games. The storage space is pretty decent especially if you do not want to utilize your systems storage data. I use this for games that are optimized for the Xbox and a additional storage device for other games. I just wish it had more than 1 Tb of data

Like you at first I was debating on having this due to the cost and the fact I had a 4TB game drive from my XOX. However after using Series X it became clear a lot of games actually have New Gen upgrades and therefor need to be on your SSD. The 1tb or rather the 800gb or so usable space fills up very quickly and you will be happy with the additional space. if you see this under $200 Id say get it.

Glad this went on sale, it's great. Simple installation. Super fast read/write. This is the perfect accessory for our 512GB Xbox Series S.

The Seagate storage expansion card is slightly more expensive than it's competition (WD Black). Many reviews have found it to be slightly faster. This card should give performance similar to the built in ram. Mine works nicely.

Bought this to add storage to my wife's Xbox, works exactly as described and now she can flip through every game she owns to her little adhd hearts contentment. No not tippy tapping on the table or pacing while waiting to redownload a game .
