For the most part, I believe it has. I have had some internet provider issues lately so I think the intermittent slow loads are most likely from my ISP. Bottom line is - it is pretty pricey but I think it helped.

Super simple to use literally take out of box and remove protective cover then insert into memory slot and your done.
