I also have a external 2tb HDD I used on my Xbox one x and it’s ok on the series s but not the same

Extra storage space for your Xbox series S/X

So I bought this official 1TB expansion card to go with my new Xbox Series S. The extra storage space was a must have and worth the price.

Series X External SSD

It serves its purpose well but it should have been no more than $180 if that. Do not notice a difference on the graphics when using the external drive. Games play just as smooth as they do on the internal SSD.

Expensive Expansion

Setup is really just plug and play so anyone can use it. However, it’s unnecessarily expensive for what it is. The Series S comes with 512gb and is $299.99 while this is 1tb and is $219.99...its almost more worth it to just buy a whole nother Xbox at that point.
