    I had to buy this in order to have external hard drive space for my Xbox series X. You will need this because the new Xbox doesn’t allow usb external hard drive anymore. Also it says 2 TB but when I plugged it in it says 1.8TB

    Got it on sale and made it almost a no brainer. Plug and play and moved several games from my primary drive to here. And the transfer rate was a FAST 5gb/s.

    I have used external hard drives for awhile now and they would always quit on me or get corrupted. But since this one is stationary in the back of the xbox it has not gave me any issues and works great
