This was purchased as a Christmas gift last year. Unfortunately, I bought it a couple of months before Christmas. Around late January/Mid February the unit failed, and the return/replacement window had closed. So, I ended up with the horrible feeling of giving a gift that was a complete dud.

Transfer speeds are incredibly fast, but thats pointless when it keeps giving me an error message when i try and play games off of the expansion storage.

The product is fine. The fact that these expensive tiny sticks are the only way to expand storage is the problem.

It was $400 for a 2tb 2 years ago, and I got it for 300 on sale. I bought it exactly 2 years ago and all of a sudden it stopped working and will not work even if I hard reset my xbox or remove and reinstert it into my xbox and I wish I never wasted my $300

If you think you will be able to play games off of this storage expansion card, think again. This expansion card is just to transfer games in and out from the internal storage. To be clear, you can only play games that are in the Xbox Series X internal storage, NOT in this expansion card.

I only wish it was came in a bigger size. 4Tb or bigger would be awesome. Since Console only has 1 slot.

For the price i wish it was 1TB more but it works as described and designed.

I have an Xbox series s, which has a somewhat limiting space without the expansion. After I bought this I was able to install any and all games I wanted to play, so much that I ended up over my monthly internet limit. Works very well, very fast speeds for download, very fast for loading games, and overall a very nice expansion. It is a little pricy, but if you are considering buying I would recommend getting one, even if you would prefer the 1tb model, I think it is 100% worth it.
