Much needed 2 TB's of high speed storage expansion that you can only get from Microsoft. So overpriced but necessary to have the ability to accumulate many games in a library you can play immediately without transferring games from one drive to another or deleting and redownloading them.

My words are insufficient to describing this incredible piece of technology. How can something so small hold so much?? It's indescribable how advanced this device is! If you own a new generation Xbox console, then I highly recommend you get this external hard drive. It is worth every penny and will give you so much more drive space AND speed up downloads!

I'm not a big fan of this proprietary expansion, but I understand why it's used. Performance seems at the same speed as the internal drive. It's such a great joy to finally be able to keep higher performance games installed instead of having to rotate because of file sizes. It's baffling that given how large modern games are that the Series X would only ship with a 1GB internal drive. I wish there was a more universal and consumer friendly expansion available, but this works and it's great.

I love the fact that I can use this to store my games and it runs fast. It was super expensive but well worth the investment.

Microsoft made it super easy! Just rotate the console so you can see the slot pop it in and done. You’ll turn the console back on it’ll ask you to format the drive you say yes and done! Super easy and fast

For a lot of my more modern consoles, I've chosen 'too much storage' when it came to the hard drive to expand it. I have never regretted this. This is hard to do though with solid state due to the price. That said, 2TB really did end up being 'too much' (aka ROOM TO GROW INTO IT) and I love it for that reason - and the fact that it doesn't fail to work as it should. BLAZING FAST!!!!

Ridiculously expensive, but the only option if you want the games on your expansion memory to load/run as fast as the ones saved to the actual console memory. Once you get over the price, it's a great little card. $ is the only reason I knocked off a star.

Really helpful if you have a lot of previous-generation games. Remember that if you have an Xbox X, do not put Xbox X games on this device, they will not play, they have to be stored on your system itself. Great for excess game storage! No connection or transfer issues!

best storage to use on either Xbox series, insane storage, got it good for the price when it was on sale, 100% worth the $250

The seagate drive is fast, reliable, simple, plug and play, and…. expensive.

This SSD Hard drive is the easiest and best upgrade you can have for the Xbox Series X. To my surprise it is much smaller than I anticipated to be 2TB storage device and the Xbox system automatically accepts and utilizes the drive once you install it.

This does exactly what I wanted it to do. Was hesitant to get the 4tb one, but was more than satisfied with my 2tb SSD. I own over 200 games on Xbox and this definitely helps to keep my favorite games that are strictly for the next gen consoles like the series x and s or as I call it the fridge Xbox ha! Definitely recommend that people buy these. Now the only problem I have is too many games downloaded that I don't know what to play! So many options!

You're paying a premium on storage for the Xbox compatibility. Unfortunately, it's kind of necessary to really take full advantage of Xbox Game Pass without constantly having to uninstall games. Quick delivery and took a couple of seconds to plug the card in and get going. Again, I purchased during a sale, but I'd wait for a sale or prices to go down before buying.

This allows me to store up those big games that I play like COD, but it is somewhat expensive at $300. However, it works and can run games super fast off of it.

It works great! Easy to install and gives me double the storage capacity I had before. No more switching out games from hard drive to SSD storage on board Xbox! A great value.

Xbox memory used to be expensive but now it's kind of cheap compared to everything else out there! Who knew? Microsoft apparently. Great for expanding your Xbox storage capacity for X/S series games.

Does the job well. Just plug it in Xbox WHILE POWERED OFF. Start it up and youre good to go! Extra storage!! Use the expansion cards! You can olay games directly from them. HDD’s on other hand can not be played. You have to move from HDD to internal storage in order to play.

Expansion card works wonderful. Gives me the added space I need for the games I play. And now I don't have to transfer games back and forth from my external hard drive to play games.
