Not approved of microsofts pricing of this. But eitherway it comes in handy and when switching games between the expansion card and internal is amazing

During best buys “Christmas in July” week i was able to snag this bad larry for a good price. While they may be other options out there for the Xbox for cheaper i would recommend getting this one if you have the cash or if it’s on sale. Some other the other options out there will only be good at storeing your games but not plasing them( games made for the Xbox series X/S). So yes you may be able to play Xbox,360, and Xbox 1 game you wont be able to play the ones off other drives. So get this instead that way you can play ALL xbox games without having to move stuff back and forth.

Lots more memory using the Velocity Architecture tech that empowers the Series X, and simple to install. No need to open the unit, get a heat sink for the memory or find the specific type of memory to use. Very well thought of.

A fantastic piece of engineering, although very pricey. This is a must have if youre planning on keeping a large library. You can buy multiple and swap them out with ease. Great work from seagate.

Got it as a surprise birthday present for my boyfriend so he didn't have to decide what game to get rid of to pay something new all the time. Super easy to set up and then I just waited for him to notice how much more room he had. It's been several months and still no issues!

Hold a lot of games just a little over priced. Enjoy

I bought this for my son’s Xbox. It is very easy to use and works great.

Not much to say....it’s a storage card. Yes, it’s a bit pricey for what it is, but if you’re a heavy gamer, it’s worth every penny. Adding this 2TB to my Xbox Series X has brought my total storage to 3TB, and it’s been amazing. No lag, no fuss. Just extra space for all my games.

Some would say it’s necessary for your Xbox and so would I, not going to add a long review but it obviously adds 2 TB of storage on your series x which works exactly as the eternal drive on series x get one you’ll thank me later

Could be cheaper but its definitely a must have to save a bunch of games or apps in your library. I highly recommend.

A must have with game sizes getting so large now. I just wish these could support more capcity. A touch pricey and it would be nice with the price of systems if they included this to max out the xbox storage at time of purchase as a 1TB system only lets you install about 8 to 10 games.

It only hurts until you get it home. Then you will hold it. And it will feel rad and solid and heavy for it's size. Then you will learn that the hardest part of making things happen is turning your unit. After that, your Xbox tries to keep it a secret. It asks nothing of you, and doesn't even thank you for this gift you have bestowed. The Xbox knows, You don't even remember the money anymore. You were defeated before you even made your first install. Take the red pill.

It’s the only thing on the market that does what you need it to. Other than transfer games back and forth between hard drives, this SSD is the only real option to play Series X enhanced games from. I opted for the 2TB option because I have had Xbox for almost 20 years so my library is fairly large but if you’re just joining the Xbox family you could probably live with the 1TB option at least until prices come down on SSDs.

A bit pricey luckily got on special. It adds the necessary space you need if you plan to play same games more than once.

It works exactly as intended and advertised. Speeds are blazing when transferring games between the card and internal storage, the main downside was the price.

This drive is ridiculously fast! Either option (1TB or 2TB) is worth getting to avoid spending time copying X/S games back to the internal drive. Especially if you have Game Pass and like to try out a lot of games.
