I ran through the internal storage a week after setting up my Series X due to Gamepass. While any external hard drive will hold your games you need one of these to run X/S games to their full potential. 2TB is the way to go.

Rated 4 stars due to price. I mean, I get wanting more space to store games, but a 2tb Sandisk SSD is around $180. Ridiculous price, but more storage, so I can't complain about the benefits too much. If these were around $200, they'd be bought more than they are now.

Ive moved it back and forth bewtween both the X and S. No problem doing it. Does not change anything. Yes its on the pricey side, but worth it

Effective But a Little Pricey
