Great upgrad from my previous drive.

I am familiar with computer components and hardware so I was able to install it myself but if your not there are plenty of videos on the internet that can assist you.

It was very glad best buy had this after going to Walmart and not having the right one.. I have been pleased to finally get our hard drive fixed and working properly.

I have never had a callback because of a drive failure.

Seagate 500 GB Hard drive

God harddrive for laptop general operation
