Solid, durable hard drive

I would recommend this drive to anyone building a new PC. The read/write speeds are the fastest because of the Sata III technology in the drive. The hard drive is very power efficient so do not worry about driving up your electrical bill when using your computer.

Great 500 gb internal hard drive

Compared this hard drive to the Western Digital 500 gb and decided that the Seagate would be a better drive for the money and the quality of the product. Am happy with the purchase. So far, no problems.

good small HD

I only needed it to hold operating systems as I put all of my data a another larger drive. This has proved to be a very good choice for my applications. No use using a drive that is overly large for what you need, unless perhaps you have a system with only one drive.

This particular drive really can't be reviewed till about 7-10 years, as that is how long I expect it to work. The speed is no where comparable to ssd, but that is a given considering the length of time between the technologies.
