I only wish it was a little smaller but you cant go wrong with this drive thats for sure.

This is a good drive for performing system backups.

I purchased this drive to replace a dead WD MyBook USB3 drive. After setting it up I used my backup program to test the drive and it kept disconnecting and then reconnecting to my Windows 7 PC. When the drive was plugged into a USB2 port it worked OK. Doing a Google search I found that many users were having the same disconnect issue so I returned the drive and bought another WD MyBook USB3 drive which is working fine.

I really like this product its good very gaming as well

Like all technology these days, there weren't many instructions with the device, but once I got it set up, it was easy to partition and use to back up my files from two different computers.

It is a simple and straight forward back up system.

Best buy advised me to get this seagate back up plus so I could Easley transfer all my files from my old pc to my new pc and have a back up for all my files and photos.Great product.

I feel completely comfortable with the Seagate backup plus. An external component easy to use. And feel assured that my symptoms are backed up.

I got this hard drive for my parents to back up family pictures. It's easy for them to use and does the job.

I bought this HDD on emergency basis as it was on sale and I needed one b/c my previous drive started to do the "click of death" after tipping over from a standing position. Once i got it home and removed from box, it felt really fragile, i dont like the plexi style plastic casing, it just doesn't feel sturdy. Im afraid to even stand it on its side, for fear it might tip over and lose another drive. So i suggest ALWAYS keep ur HDD drives laying flat on the table to avoid accidental tip overs. I did leave the drive on overnite as i was transferring music, and i noticed it pretty warm in the morning, but that might be normal after a whole night of music transfer. Im happy with it, but ill be keeping it as a backup and im in the market for a new STURDY drive that i can take with me and my laptop to use at my gigs.

You can make videos and edit, stream and upload video easily.

I price matched from NEW EGG SALE and what a steal! I paid less than 90 AFTER TAXES for a 5 TB, NOT 4 TB drive. And the quality of all my Seagate Drives have been 2nd to none!
