Works great easy to use

It took so long to back up my old PC - I thought it was because it was old & slower. But it took a long time to back up a newer laptop, too. Also, I backed up my iPad, which took forever & failed several times before it completed. But when I looked for my photos, I couldn't find them. This advertised that it would work with both Windows & Apple & that's why I bought it. Hope I can get it to work. Can't recommend it yet.
