Confusing to set up

Didn't realize I didn't have to do that. Now it wants to "make changes to my computer" every time I restart. Annoying.

Not user friendly for finding most recent files
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Older Seagate model was perfect and had a Sync function that kept all backup files in one folder and automatically replaced older versions with the newest version. This model does not allow for that. Every day backs up in a new folder that only contains files that were created/altered on that day. It is a huge hassle to try to find the latest backed up version of specfic files.

Could not get it to work

Perhaps it is normally a great drive, but the one I bought was apparently defective. I tried it with three different computers and could never get the computer to see the drive, even with drivers updated, etc.. Returned it for a refund.
