I would unplug it when transporting it in a backack because the connection is like others, could easily bend when inserted. the light on it isn't too bright and it makes almost no noise. Works well with Windows, never any not recognized errors. Seems great. Speed seems good enough. I've had mine for over 2 years.

Works for ps4!

It was used to replace the 500 GB stock drive to quadruple my avaliable memory. (actual number is 1.7 TB) but still much larger. All in all, a good buy.
