New form looked good...but DOA

The one a got was DOA, clicking and would not mount, ended up having to use a drive I already had, meaning move all drive contents to server, format drive and then run full backup of failing drive. Added hours to my time. In the end I returned for a refund and purchased a pair of SSDs and cases from elsewhere to to creat a backup drive and replace the old failing drive. I gave three stars for decent service and few passed problems with the manufacturer.

Excellent backup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The hard drive came in a little box, well packed. It was easy to install on my Windows laptop. For more information I went to the Seagate site and registered the drive. I downloaded their backup app from the Google Store. The backup works for my laptop over USB and for my phone over WiFi as soon as both are attached to the same. Both apps provide a schedule to set up. A good choice for a nice price.
