SATA is still an affordable storage option, Best Buy had this in stock which made my upgrade so much faster. Faster in the sense I had it in hand to use the same day.

The Seagate Compute drive has really fast access for a spinning disk drive. The 256MB of cache really shows on accessing smaller files and transfers. Getting this much storage for under $60.00 is a steal.

These are hands-down the best bare hard drive on the market. I've owned several other brands and the Seagate Barricuda is the ONLY one to have never failed. I will go out of my way to find and buy these drives.

Very easy replacement for the failed Seagate 1 TB hard drive original to my desktop computer. Once installed, it was easy to load Windows onto my computer from my Windows 10 disk. The hardest part was accessing two of the four mounting screws for the hard drive. I needed slightly longer fingers, but a small needle nose pliers worked just fine.

Dependable hardrive for backups. Getting superfast speed which an unexpected boon for a mechanical drive. I'm really pleased with this purchase. Can't go wrong for the price.

great price for the storage. Can't go wrong with a it if you looking to store some pictures videos and word documents. If you looking for something to help with speed id get an ssd

My Barracuda 2TB Internal SATA Hard Drive was delivered promptly and works well. It was very reasonably priced. This is not the first item that I have ordered from Best Buy and it won't be the last.

I use it mainly for gaming and so far it works perfectly. Play warzone and most of the main titles and had no issues.

Was very easy to install and worked like a charm (once I remembered it had to be initialized before the computer would read it!). Thinking of maybe adding another!

its a HD, serves its purpose.. slow though, id go double SSD if they werent so expensive, but for my budget PC build I went with 1tb Crucial P1 SSD, and this 2TB Barracuda, Use it mainly to store a lot of music/movie files, be aware though if you are used to SSD speeds, this will be annoyingly slow.

Can't go wrong with Seagate. Been using their hard drives for years with no problems and this one is right on par. Works great and is a recommended buy to anyone.

Installed this card in a new building just for photos, movies and music storage. It's quiet and seagates have always been reliable for me. No complaints so far

Great value for what you get the write speeds are not that great but what do you expect for 2tb it’s great for storing whatever you need I wouldn’t recommend it if you are a gamer though !

Great value for price. One of the most popular selections for an extra storage drive. Speeds are nothing to write home about but is still competent in today’s tech world.

It is a great hard drive so far decently fast for a hdd I have had no problems out of it I bought this hdd on sale which is a steal for it

Good little HDD for general use.. I use one for external storage, and another for security camera data. Not bad. Time will tell how long they hold up..

Bought this for my parent's computer. They haven't had issues with it, so safe to say it's doing well.

It's a great option for people that want a lot of storage for cheap, don't store sensitive data on it though. Hard drives are known for failure
