Bought to replace missing hard drives! Great buy!

To paraphrase the AM/PM TV commercial, I have "too much good stuff" on my hard drive, thus needed more room. Easy to clone my existing hard drive, then plug and play this new hard drive, but now have double the storage space.

It's a 2TB hard drive, it preforms as it should. Have two in my older PC for over three years with no it's issues.

smoth, fast, reliable hard drive for desktop, plenty of memory and space, great for pictures and videos

Cheap and enough space too do what i need it to do

Works as it should the only down fall is it does not come with the sata cable

Can't go wrong with this purchase. The price is perfect for 2 TB. This is the same great addition to my PC.

I use this as a back up in my PC to my SSD. It functions properly and is easy to format and install.

building second computer. Good value for 2 TB internal hard storage.

This is my second purchase of this drive due to failure of the first drive. Seagate did cover my first purchase under warranty. With both drives I have experienced a chirping noise and am still researching the reason. I am tentatively responding yes to recommending to a friend.

Great Hard Drive and value. Opted for slightly faster disk speed to decrease boot times.

Needed to replace a backup drive so I bought a Ugreen enclosure, placed this disk inside and we were back on the air. Only issue is the drive temperature - with the enclosure closed, it can rise to 50C which wile not over-temp, is too high for me so I leave the cover off the enclosure.

My hard drive failed so I needed a replacement. This worked well without incident since I bought it. The only thing of note is that the drive mechanism makes a very distinct audible click when engaged. It was a little jarring when I first installed it, but it seems OK.

Great for extra storage. This drive is great for storage but is very slow for a boot drive.

Was doing a rebuild of old computer use this hard drive to update computer.

Thought for a bigger spin rate it would load faster for downloads. Kind of slow. Overall product work right out of package no or little noise.

Last hard drive i had was corrupt so bought this as a replacement and works fine. Was very easy to install.

This hard drive has already been replaced via warranty. I had to go through Seagate for the warranty replacement (no fault of Best Buy, that's just the process). At the time, I bought 2 of these - and both of them have failed, and been replaced.

Just another hard drive. Kind of expensive, but it works well and does the job.
