Came in good shape but couldn't fit in ps4. To wide for console

This disk is 7200RPM performance when reading, but CRAZY SLOW when writing. It doesn't tell you that in the specs, but it uses 'Shingle' design that makes doing lots of writing super-extra slow. Not usable for write-heavy work.

Big storage and promites that its fast but i used it for windows only and it is horrible. So i bought a ssd and switched it for windows and only use this for game storage but deff slower then rated

not reccomend, not working good, after 1 week stop working and not warranty. Start making a noise then stop working :(

These drives had become corrupted after less then 2 months of use. I would not recommend this company as it seems they do not care about quality

Product broke after one use, called tech support and they said I had to pay $75 for repair (FYI I bought it 6 months prior). Horrible product, not buying from this company again.

Will never try this model out again. This is a very bad product!! I purchased for a customer and it came stright out of a new box with BAD SECTORS!! I was so embarrassed as a computer business. I had to bring it back within a coupe hours and traded it for a diff model.

it was fine at first until it just stopped working i cant do a recovery or even wipe the drive now i have to buy a new one

Ben trying for over 2 hours to create a clone to this drive but its making squeaking noises and keeps failing to write to it....not what I've come to expect from Seagate.

I purchased 3 for new machines, 1 does not work out of box and cannot reach anyone to help with return! very frustrated! If someone at Best Buy is reading this please follow up and help me to get exchanged for a working drive.

The first HD i purchased was DOA. After going through a lot of hoops for this with customer service they finally sent a replacement. The hard drive is now dead in my PC with it not even lasting a year. I would purchase a different HD.

I prefer ssd but if you have a low budget this is definitely for you

So I finally built my pc yesterday, turns out this hard drive doesn’t work to my knowledge. I have tried all the cables possible and I can not get it to work.

stopped working 16 days in, since best buy only has 15 day returns guess who is now stuck with a non working hard drive?

Received a dead drive, some files were moved onto it before it promptly stopped working, so there go those files. Can’t return it as I was only able to finally put it in the day after my final return date.

Had a faulty HD, returned it and Will try another one

One word, SMR. This drive is horrible. It would literally stop while copying files to it. Returned it ASAP.
