better than WD

This is my fourth Seagate drive in the last few years and they seem to hold up better.

Poor Internal 8TB HD from Seagate

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Drawbacks: 1) Frequently and easily fragmented. 2) Unstable when I download files. 3) Copying files onto this HD could be as slow as 2 Mb/sec especially when I was downloading files. 4) May freeze and slow down Chrome. I returned this HD and found a good internal HD from WD. My experience for external HD is exactly opposite between WD and Seagate. WD's external 8TB HD runs too hot (i.e., >55 deg C).

Horrible drive, horrible support from Bestbuy

Amazing price for amount of storage!
