Great dollar per gig price point with quick read/writes

Awesome not having to worry about storage space for all my games anymore when i build a new PC I'll definitely include this again

Seagate Barracuda HDD. 8TB size gives you lots of space. Hard Disks are great for backing up or archiving data long term. At the same time good for daily use as well. The one thing you may notice, if you have used HDD for years, is the lighter weight. HDD use to be heavier and hold less data.

Genuinely is a good buy. There isn't really much to stay. The only is that you have to use a third party program to get the full 7. whatever gigs. Other than that great buy if you have a lot of pictures of videos you wanna store on your PC.

Just started getting everything loaded onto this drive from the old one and all I can say is so far so good.

The title says it all. With a spindle speed of only 5400 RPM, it's a bit slower than a 7200 RPM drive, but the price makes up for it! A great drive to use for backups or as part of a cheap home RAID array!

Great hard drive for storage, good value for the price

Installed this last week and so far it works great. Nice and fast and reliable.

If you want something for gaming not a good choice it will bog down your read and write speed and load times are terrible. If you are looking for something for office work with nothing intensive this is what you want. I did not know too much about the differences at first and listened to the people at best buy and I can tell you they have no idea either.

Often the best price for a hard drive with this much capacity.

So far so good, purchase and install date around (Oct. 2025). Will update as time goes if anything goes wrong.

I bought this and it was the best decision all the others are a little pricey. I got a lot of space on my pc now to download all my games. I will definitely be buying another one soon to add to my pc. Definitely would recommend this product.

Not the greatest drive. Had 2 out of 3 that were bad before we even got going. Couldn’t even get initialized to hook up. Had to return those. The 3rd one hooked and connected right off and allowed us to format and everything we should have been able to do right off. Not sure if they had a bunch of bad batches or what but the 3rd one has been stable and now holds lots of videos and photos.
