    Bought to put into a TerraMaster 5-Bay JBOD used in a non-raid configuration and have found it to be acceptable. Neither excessive noises, nor temps. For my use, it is a little cheaper than shucking an external.

    Great HDD for storing massive information libraries to reference, but setup is tricky. It didn't recognize the HDD initially so I had to jump through a few hoops to get my PC to recognize the drive then partition it for use
