I purchased Duracell batteries. They are very good, and they are the brand I purchase most often.

Works great for Mac Time Machine. Can't get rid of drive dialog automatically.

This external hard drive holds all my Xbox one games. They are loaded and ready to play, no more taking games off to load more. External hard drive has all the space i need.

We bought the Seagate - Expansion 1TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Black to download movies from our computer and play through our Blu-Ray Player on our television. It works great. We have owned this drive for since approximately 6/12/2019.

Needed for anybody who uses big files and projects and dont need to keep them on their desktop or macbook. In case something wrong went with the laptop, its better to save them on an external.

So laptops are smaller in gigs sizes. Talked with a friend and he was like buy a portable hard drive. Less money than buying a laptop with with more gigs. I'm so happy with my decision.

This is item is a perfect portable hard drive. It is lightweight and very easy to use. I can either use it at home or very easily carry it with me wherever I go. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

I'm using it on a dvr. So far, no problems. The small footprint is very cool. Good price, good value. What more can I say?

This is a great option for those like I who are looking to increase their storage capacity without nothing down your computer's resources. It is a welcome plus that it does not require an external power source and the combination of the price point to the storage capacity makes this device an easy sell.

Good size, very small can travel comfortably with it. Plenty of storage space and compatible with multiple OS.

I bought this product for main reason as to copy the contents of my 21 FlashDrives 2.0 & 3.0 USB; to have everything in one place. For this purpose "click & drag" method of memory transfer is ideal. Performance was very good. Very good purchase for the price!

This is my 2nd Seagate drive. Won't be last. Would buy any of their products.

Does what it needs to do. I use it as a larger storage devise to read on my t.v. It works perfect and does the job necessary. Just got it, so we'll see how long it last, and will update review then.

After reading the reviews, I purchased this HD to use with my Xbox One. I was pleasantly surprised by how small the drive actually is, as well as how well it matches the style of the Xbox One console.

Item works like expected, great product. compact AND DOES EXACTLY what I EXPECTED IT TO.

Solidly built external shell. So far I have not had any issues with transferring files.

so far so good! it was very helpful for backing up my files. I work a lot of adobe and it has been nice to move things off my desktop after completing projects for work and school.

It has a very basic look but gets the job done. There is no power stand included like that of the old Seagate's, (which is sort of a bummer). I know I know they're saving money (and so are we?)

So far, this has been great for me to move my HD family videos safely from my PC for not only storage, but to hook up to my (or a friends) smart TV/Blu-Ray/PC) to share my pics and vids. I just needed to format it to FAT for it to be recognized by my entertainment system.

Easy to install and use. Important to rename folders, though, so as to be able to find your exact data; but's important for any storage system. Presently using for personal and in-home business. I'm an author.
