GREAT PRODUCT!! LOTS OF STORAGE

Seagate has been my go to company for external storage! Haven't had an issue with any of their devices although if i ever do the recovery service is an amazing add-on. I couldn't believe it when I saw they had this option for storage!!

Great for backing up media

It's great, though I would only use it for long term storage/media playback as it isn't fast enough to edit off of. Stick to SSDs for working drives

Great value, huge capacity!

Stopped working after 2 times of use

I tried initiating a hard drive recovery service with them which was included with my purchase. Their agent tricked me into opening the enclosure to grab the serial # from the hard drive as opposed to the serial # I was giving them in the begininng which was printed on the product box. Then they claimed, I voided the warranty when their agent clearly asked me to. Stay away from these crooks.
