I recently used the external hard driver to set-up a recovery key for my computer and my computer split the external drive into 3 partitions. When I was not able to complete correct the issue, Seagate tech was able to help me remotely in less than 1 hour.

Recommend for any storage

No issues I've been transferring data from multiple laptops. Super fast and easy to use. I like the texture on it as well.

Great Product, Limited Cable Options

I've had it for about a month now, and no problems yet. Only downside is it just comes with a USB-A to Micro B cable, so no USB-C compatibility unless you have another cable...

I have several Seagate external hard drives

I have a 5TB desktop, and it has worked good for as long as I've had it. But sometimes it lags, and I wanted a portable one that doesn't need a power source. I have other 2TB portable Seagate drives that work well. This one is a little more bulky, not as thin as the 2TB, so I plan to keep it on my desktop. It is an additional backup source. I have several external backup drives in case one is defective. It's extra time to back up more than once, but well worth it for the peace of mind.
