    Couldn't assign it a drive letter. Googled the matter. Saw others had the same issue. Trying their solutions didn't help. Returned it to the store. Bought a Western Digital. It was plug and play. Thanks WD.

    I can’t believe how easy this is to use! You just plug it in your USB and it’s like a humongous jump drive. No more running out of space trying to fit all my photos on the laptop. I wish I would’ve bought this a long time ago. It would have saved a ton of aggravation running out of storage space. What a great alternative to buying a new laptop!

    I recently made this purchase for the 5TB external drive, and it is already malfunctioning. I am out of the United States currently and awaiting to return in hopes of getting it replaced by BestBuy which is a long shot…
