great value storage for extra game play without slow down

My son complained that the ps4 system itself has no room to down load more than 10 games onto the system before the hard drive is full. I bought this unit for under a $100 and now this hard drive he states will hold atleast 50 to 100 games in storage including a quicker download time of new games. Great buy and very compact

This is the perfect thing to have if you need more space fo4 your games . Easy to use and I’m glad that I made this purchase.

This little storage devices just brought my PS4 back to life, my systems memory was always full and everytime i wanted to place something else i was having do delete something, but now with this huge 2TB of extra space it is GAME ON. Best purchase i made for myself this holiday season.

The new update on MW pretty much messed up my PS4 but looked into and thought this might help and dang this thing stopped all the freezing and lag...my ps4 runs smoother and better and take note that I have the first gen PS4...if you got MW and need space or it keepers freezing on you this is what u need

I've had my PS4 for quite some time now and recently been running out of storage. I didn't want to have to delete any of my games in case I wanted to play again in the future so this was a nice way to be able to keep all of my save game data.

I’m saying this right now you can find a cheaper one but if your looking for something that won’t crash on you or that will be worth the money put an extra $10 and get yourself this product because for being PlayStation it’s great! And who knows when the ps5 comes out it would be extra storage for you

So I got this for my PS4 as I only had a 500 GB. I ran out of space last year having to move and delete games and Apps to use new content. NOT anymore!! I got this beauty and transferred my Games, Apps.. pretty much everything onto it, and out of my System Storage. Now it fees like I have an Abyss of space!!!

This is a good way to add extra storage to your PS4. Useful for the additional space needed for DLCs and updates. Connects to a USB port in front. You will need to set your console to save this data to external storage. Can not place save data here.

Item is very good and does what it is suppose to do. What is nice about this is the size of the device. It is very this and not bulky so it will not take up much room. Just make sure if you get a USB extender port for your PS4 it is 3.0 compatible otherwise this will not work.

Well since there’s zero probability of getting my hands on a new PlayStation 5. This was the next best thing! We added tons of additional storage to our PS4 which makes the gaming process a lot better. Believe it or nit my son was thrilled to get this as a gift this year.

We had a problem with it originally recognizing as Extended storage and so we moved (I got this for my son who is ten) the existing games from the PS4 onto the game drive - which took forever - Bc if you tried to download a new game it would only read the space on the actual platform. If it becomes unplugged from the platform, bumped, moved, you have to restart everything and your current progress is lost. Maybe ours is messed up. But it does have decent space. He got this for Christmas this year.

purchased for my son ps5. he downloads so many free games he rand out of space and couldnt download the new modern warfare game! now he has a ton of space. 2 TB should last him forever! lol

Purchased for extra storage on the PlayStation 5. All that was required was to plug the device into the console. Great way to save space on the PlayStation 5 SSD. If using for the PlayStation 5 be aware it will only store PlayStation 4 games and not PlayStation 5 games.

A must if you plan to play a lot of games. Be careful it can be disconnected easy by anything such as children pulling it, pets accidentally hitting it or accidentally pull it. Can corrupt data if it is pulled

Works great so far. Needed space as I kept running g out with all the game updates and downloadable games. Didn’t want to delete my game files all the time to free up space so this was next best alternative. I like that it has all the space in such a small unit.

I was running out of storage and kept having to delete games off my PS4 for updates and new games. I saw this was on sale at Best Buy and knew I had to buy it. It’s helpful to store games and keep the information for them so you can play new ones. Highly recommend.
