Works great on the Xbox series s. However it will not play games optimized for series x/s directly from this game drive. You will have to move the game from this game drive to the actual internal hard drive in order to play next generation games. It will play Xbox one games and older Xbox games however. Either way it is a great way to bypass the need for an overly expensive NVME SSD just to expand your memory. Hope this helps.

So far, everything has worked well. A bit irritating that you have to delete captures on a computer rather than while in use on the Xbox itself, but that is an issue for the console, not the Seagate.

This product works great! Was easily able to download and store my games. Makes it so much easier to download the games here without having to worry about your Ps5 running out of memory. I ordered this from best buy. Com and it was shipped quickly and came in perfect condition!

Great storage capacity. Downside is you can’t play the games stored on it and it’s a pain to understand so took a ton of research to even figure out.

I had thought i could play games from the Drive but turns out that i needed something else but i decided to use it as pc storage

Works exactly how I need it to. I like it's size and shape, I can lay it right on top of my Xbox so it doesn't take up any extra space.

Easy setup. Works with my Xbox One/s. Basically a must have with the size of games these days. Downloads seem like they could be a little faster on the external drive

AMAZING!!! Plenty of storage.....well, for the most part. LOL. These games and the updates anymore are huge. Definitely glad I got the bigger storage.

Fantastic external hard drive for my Xbox 1!! Now I can play all my games with 2tb of space. No more uninstalling/reinstalling games. Bad part is that next gen series games can't be downloaded to it, only to Xbox hardrive. But great value nonetheless.

Pretty solid storage space! Not anything special and you can’t play games stored on the device but it does its job of extra storage so I can’t complain.

needed a storage device to store years of games, movies, and music. I thought within the course of 3 years that would cover 2TB of memory. I was dead wrong, this dude has got way too much storage and feels like the next 5 years will be fine fill it with more.

Bought it for my brother in law and he loves it! Says it's fast and does exactly what he needed, and the price was pretty reasonable
