Pros: - Large size works great for my digital life - Stable and reliable drive, no issues after weeks of use I’ve been using the Seagate IronWolf Pro 20TB in my Synology NAS, and it has been absolutely fantastic. The drive is fast, reliable, and easy to install. It’s perfect for handling large amounts of data, and the peace of mind offered by the included Rescue Data Recovery Services is a huge bonus. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their NAS storage!

I read on my research that these mass storage hard drives were loud, I beg to differ! I ONLY hear it when I boot my PC UP and its only noticeable if you REALLY listen for it!! I store 1080p movies on mine and so far Ive had ZERO screen shutters using this drive and I have 5TB so far stored on it!! If your looking for an affordable FAST MASSIVE hard drive youve just found the one!!! :)

I've been purchasing Ironwolf Pro drives for some time. On Amazon, I get about 1/4th of them DOA (lately worse). I decided to purchase directly from Seagate and got 2 22TB drives DOA with a nightmare return experience. So I decided to give BB a try since the return is a short distance away and their returns have always been hassle free. I received two of these 20TB drives yesterday and installed them in my DS416 NAS (don't laugh). I am midway through installing the 2nd drive and so far no problems. These run about 5 degrees F warmer than the older, smaller Seagate drives but well within tolerance at 104 degrees. I think BB just became my new go to for NAS drives... even if I do have to wait for them to go on sale. I cannot speak to their longevity but they do come with a 5 yr limited warranty.

Worked right out of the box to replace a drive that was having issues in my NAS. Took about 2 days to add this disk to parity on Unraid which has been about the normal for this size and it being a spinner. Packaging was good as I would expect for a new product. ESD bag plus cardboard support around the drive meant no issues when the box was shipped. I didn’t have any problems with spin up sound, though I am running 10 drives in my NAS as a mix of WD red, and Seagate Ironwolf pros.

Well packaged and it came at a pretty good deal. They are relatively quiet except for when heavily writing to the discs. If you plan on having it in the room, just have in mind that they can get noisy during heavy loads.

Solid drive, using it as a part of an array. First one was doa but best buy exchanged no issues

I bought these to replace my old and very noisy Toshiba 14TB HDD. This model is very quiet and efficient, and I’m happy with my decision.

I bought two of these and one was DOA. Being able to just drive to Best Buy and hand it over for a refund was convenient. Best Buy is pretty much the only place I purchase drives from for that very reason. And if you wait, BB will have a sale and their prices are as good as anywhere else. I'm not sure why these companies struggle to deliver a functioning hard drive. It was mailed from Seagate too.

Great Hard Drives! We have been using these for our Synology NAS, and they perform great. Very happy with these. Quality product! Can't wait until they are back in stock so I can purchase more.

Great storage space but it’s a bit noisy. The grinding can be a turn off for some people, but if you’ve had a pc you know hdd always do that. Great for media and older games. Not recommended for newer games though.

It's only been 2 months but this drive does it's job. I use this with 3 other drives in a DAS for my Plex server and it has almost no noise.

It was just unbelievable that they packaged the hard disk that was moving and wasn't in one place in the box. As far as I know, that is not how you package a hard disk. I gave this a rating of 1 star because of how they packed it, not the hard disk itself.

Spare drive for back up and it works great! Recovery services are awesome!

Using four of these in our NAS and works well. Little noisy but responsive.
